Logo and Branding
Being surrounded by conservation land, nature trails and a gently flowing creek was the main benefit to living in this new home community. Therefore the design of the logo and branding utilized an intricate leaf pattern, made up of several different colours. These individual leaf colours would later be used to identify each product type in the brochure.
Print and Ad Package
The brochure consisted of a saddle stitched Community Brochure and individual Product Books, one for each single detached lot size. The Community Brochure cover was enhanced by a spot UV, applied to the black logo band to make it more impactful. A high gloss stock was used on the interior pages to carry through the high-end feel for the brochure and by extension, the community.
Retail Space
For the launch of the site's second phase, a new sales office was constructed. Since the scope of the community was so large, the sales office needed to reflect this. Therefore a spacious open concept plan was created with extra high ceilings to give the sales office that feeling of grandeur. The exterior featured an illuminated logo sign on the stone-clad wheelchair ramp wall and branded messaging along the side and rear facade.
